Booking Fee
To secure your wedding date, we require a non-refundable booking fee of $350 for photography or $600 for videography. This fee is deducted from your final package total. If you need to change your wedding date, we’re happy to transfer your booking to a new date at no additional cost (subject to availability). Please note, aside from date changes, the booking fee is non refundable.
Do you offer both photography and videography?
Yes! We offer photography, videography, or a combined photo + film package. Booking both together ensures a seamless experience and consistent storytelling across your memories.
Do you offer customised quotes?
Yes! Every wedding is unique. We offer customised quotes based on your coverage needs, photography and/or film, location, and any extras. Bundled photo + film options also offer great value.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We embrace all kinds of weather! We’ll work with you to create stunning photos regardless of conditions, and we’ll also help plan backup options if needed. We suggest Clear umbrellas if it is looking like rain.
We’re not comfortable in front of the camera—will you help us?
Absolutely. Most couples tell us this! We’ll guide you with relaxed prompts so nothing feels forced. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and fully present, not posed.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Coverage varies depending on your day. Most weddings book 6–10 hours, but we’ll help you choose the right amount based on your timeline, locations, and priorities.

Are the weddings on your website the full gallery? How many images will we receive?
You will receive all the images taken on the day, delivered in high resolution. Our website showcases a curated selection to demonstrate the quality and coverage we provide, while respecting our clients’ privacy and not oversharing their full personal galleries.
Do you offer photo editing?
Yes. All images are professionally edited, and images selected for your album receive additional detailed editing as part of the album design process.
How do we receive our photos and videos?
Photos are delivered via a private online gallery, easy to download and share with family and friends. Videos are delivered in high resolution via digital download.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Absolutely. Engagement sessions are a beautiful way to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture this exciting chapter of your story
Do you record audio for the ceremony and speeches?
Yes! For videography, we use discreet microphones to capture clear audio for vows, speeches, and other key moments
Can you help us with our wedding timeline?
Absolutely. We’re passionate about building timelines that keep your day flowing smoothly while allowing time for stunning photos and video. We’ll help you plan so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
Will you help with family photo combinations?
Yes. We’ll guide you through family photos and help organise everyone so it’s quick, relaxed, and stress-free.
How long will it take to receive our photos and/or videos?
Typically, photography galleries are delivered within 3-4 weeks, and wedding films within 6–8 weeks.
What happens if you’re sick or can’t make it?
The unlikely event of illness or emergency, we have a trusted network of professional photographers and videographers we can call on to step in, so you’ll always be covered
Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes. We always carry professional backup cameras, lenses, and equipment for peace of mind.
Do you provide RAW files?
No, we do not provide unedited RAW files as they are considered unfinished product.
How long do you keep our files?
We store your files for 1 months after delivery. We recommend downloading and backing up your gallery in multiple locations to ensure your memories are safe.
